Voice usage beyond the included pool bills at $0.45 per minute on Starter and Growth, $0.35 per minute on Pro. A typical missed-call lead-qualification conversation runs 2–4 minutes.

What's different by tier
Starter is one seat for the owner. One business phone number. Email support. Designed for the operator who's the entire front office today and just needs the calls answered.
Growth adds up to five team-member seats (so your dispatcher, lead tech, and office manager can each log in), more included minutes, and HubSpot integration. Phone support during business hours.
Pro unlocks unlimited seats, two business phone numbers (e.g., one for sales, one for service), multi-location routing, priority phone support, and our advanced integrations (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan when available). Pro also gets a lower per-minute rate that pays for itself once you're past ~800 minutes/month.
Voice usage, explained
Voxilo bills voice minutes in 6-second increments — same way Twilio bills carriers. A 2-minute, 18-second call bills as 2.3 minutes.
You only pay for actual voice time. Hangups, voicemails, and abandoned calls that never connected to the agent don't bill. Test calls during the first 30 days are free.
We pass the underlying voice-model cost through with a transparent margin. As model costs drop — and they have been dropping fast — we drop our per-minute rate. We will not raise per-minute rates without 30 days' notice.
Plan changes & cancellation
Upgrade any time and your new tier is prorated to the day. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time — we keep your data accessible for 30 days, then it's purged unless legal hold applies (TCPA evidence retention is 5+ years, kept on a separate isolated archive).
What about additional phone numbers, languages, multiple businesses
- Extra phone numbers beyond what your plan includes: $15/mo each.
- Spanish-speaking caller support: included on Pro. Available on Starter/Growth as a $25/mo add-on. Voxilo answers in Spanish when the caller speaks Spanish — no caller has to press 1.
- Multiple businesses under one account: Pro supports up to three legal entities. Beyond that, contact us — we have an enterprise tier that isn't published yet.
Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial? No free trial, but the first 30 days are 100% refundable if Voxilo doesn't work for your business. We'd rather have you make a real commitment and refund you than run a casual trial.
Do I need to buy minutes upfront? No. Voice minutes bill in arrears at the end of each month, alongside your platform fee.
What happens if I run over my included minutes? Calls keep working — they don't get cut off. Overage bills at the per-minute rate above. You can set a monthly cap if you want a hard ceiling.
Can I host this on my own number / port a number in? Yes. We support port-ins from any U.S. carrier and we support call forwarding from any landline or mobile line you already own.
