Customize your voice persona
Voxilo ships with five built-in voice personas that cover most home-services brands. You can pick a different persona for your business at any time.
The five personas

How to pick
During setup (Step 4 of the wizard), each persona has a short audio sample you can play before choosing. Listen to two or three — most owners find the right one in under a minute.
A few rules of thumb:
- Err toward warmer if your customers tend to call in distress (HVAC, plumbing, water damage)
- Go more direct if your customers are property managers or commercial clients
- Friendly-pro works for the majority of residential home services businesses
Switching personas
You can change your persona any time in Settings → Voice. Changes take effect within a few minutes — no test call needed, but running one before forwarding a live line is always a good idea.
On the roadmap
- Fine-tuning sliders (warmth, pacing, formality) within each persona
- Custom voice (training on samples in your own voice, with your consent)
- Per-time-of-day switching (e.g., warmer voice after 7 PM)
