Owner briefings

After every meaningful call, Voxilo emails you a one-page briefing. Not a transcript. Not raw data. A clean summary you can read in 30 seconds while you're between jobs.

A briefing includes:

  • Who called — name and phone number
  • What they want — the service requested, in plain English
  • When they want it — the time they booked, or their preferred callback window
  • Job value — an estimate of what the job is worth based on the service type and what you've told Voxilo your pricing is
  • What to do next — the appointment is already booked (or a callback is queued, or the call needs your attention)
  • Lead quality score — a five-dimension score (intent, fit, urgency, contact quality, value); green means ready to dispatch, yellow means worth a quick review, red means something unusual happened

Briefings arrive 30 seconds after the call ends. You get them by email; you can also enable SMS for the one-liner summary (Settings → Notifications).

What doesn't generate a briefing

Calls that didn't go anywhere — wrong numbers, hangups under 30 seconds, robocalls, callers who decline to speak — don't generate briefings. Your inbox stays clean.

Briefing format

Each briefing is a plain email formatted for mobile. Subject line: the caller's name + what they called about. You can reply directly; replies go to your Voxilo support channel (not back to the caller).

The full recording and transcript are available in your dashboard for every call, linked from the briefing footer.
