Jobber

Book Voxilo calls into Jobber's scheduler — Voxilo creates the client, the request, and the visit on your team's calendar. Available on Pro.

Early access

The Jobber integration is in early access. Core booking flows are working; advanced features (multi-location routing, custom field sync) are being expanded. Let us know if you run into anything unexpected.

Connect Jobber

  1. Open Integrations

    In your Voxilo portal, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Jobber.

  2. Authorize with Jobber

    You'll be redirected to Jobber's OAuth screen. Log in with your Jobber account and approve the requested scopes (clients, requests, and scheduling).

  3. Test a booking

    Run a test call and book an appointment. Voxilo should create a new client record in Jobber (or match to an existing one by phone number), attach a request, and schedule a visit at the time the caller chose.

What Voxilo writes to Jobber

  • Client — created on first contact; Jobber matches by phone number so existing clients are updated rather than duplicated
  • Request — created for every qualified call, with the service type, the caller's notes, and the call transcript
  • Visit — scheduled on your team's calendar at the time the caller confirmed

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Integrations → Jobber and click Disconnect. Voxilo stops syncing immediately. Existing Jobber records are not affected.
