Connect your calendar

Voxilo books appointments directly into your calendar. Right now we support Google Calendar, Cal.com, and Jobber. HubSpot, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan are coming.

Quick path

The fastest way to connect is through the setup wizard (Step 5 — Booking & calendar). If you're already set up and want to change your calendar or add a second one, go to Settings → Integrations in your portal.

Google Calendar

OAuth-based. You sign in with your Google account and approve calendar access. Voxilo reads availability + creates events. See Google Calendar → for the full setup guide.

Best for: most solo operators and small crews using Google Workspace.

Cal.com

API-key-based. Generate a key in Cal.com settings and paste it into Voxilo. Voxilo then books into the event type you select. See Cal.com → for the full setup guide.

Best for: businesses that already use Cal.com for scheduling and want all bookings in one place.

Jobber

OAuth-based, early access. Voxilo creates the client record, request, and scheduled visit in Jobber. See Jobber → for the full setup guide.

Best for: Pro plan customers running Jobber as their field-service management system.

Switching calendars

You can switch calendar providers any time in Settings → Integrations. Existing appointments already on your calendar are not affected — only new bookings go to the new calendar.
