Most of Voxilo runs on sensible defaults from your industry template. When you want to tune it, almost everything is adjustable from the Settings panel of your dashboard.

Common things owners adjust: business hours and emergency-routing rules, the questions asked during intake, the price ranges quoted on common jobs, the voice persona and warmth, the calendar the agent books into, which team members receive briefings, and the legal disclosure wording within compliance bounds.
Changes take effect within minutes. Every change is logged so you can roll back if you don't like the new behavior.
