Voxilo Docs

Cal.com

If you use Cal.com for scheduling, Voxilo books straight into your event types. Available on every plan.

The integration uses your Cal.com API key — you generate one in your Cal.com settings and paste it into Voxilo. No OAuth flow to complete; once connected, Voxilo can read your event types and create bookings on your behalf.

Connect Cal.com

  1. Generate an API key in Cal.com

In your Cal.com account, go to Settings → Developer → API Keys, click Add, give it a name (e.g., "Voxilo"), and copy the key. It's only shown once — paste it somewhere temporary before closing.

  2. Paste it into Voxilo

In your Voxilo portal, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Cal.com. Paste your API key and click Save.

  3. Select an event type

After connecting, Voxilo loads your event types from Cal.com. Pick the one that represents a standard appointment booking — typically whatever you'd normally send a customer.

  4. Test it

Run a test call and book a slot. The appointment should appear in Cal.com under the event type you selected, with the caller's details in the booking notes.

What the integration covers

  • Event types — Voxilo books into whatever event type you configure; you can change this any time in Settings
  • Crew assignments — if your Cal.com event type uses round-robin or collective scheduling, Voxilo respects those rules
  • Buffer times — your before/after buffer is read automatically and Voxilo won't book into it
  • Confirmation messaging — Cal.com's confirmation email fires to the caller immediately after Voxilo creates the booking

Rotating or revoking the API key

If you need to rotate the Cal.com API key (security hygiene or a suspected leak), revoke the old key in Cal.com, generate a new one, and update it in Voxilo Settings → Integrations → Cal.com.
